Please return your item(s) using a trackable shipping method of your choice. We are NOT responsible if your item is lost during shipping.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first!!!
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. An item might be ineligible for a return if it has been worn, washed or tampered with.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
CUSTOM SUIT RETURN POLICY:
We will remake or repair your suit if it arrives with a manufacturer defect. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include a description of the defect & pictures.
As our custom suits are a made to order custom product, we cannot accept return or exchanges. It's very important that you check our fit guide prior to ordering.
